Not sure if this is up your alley or not but if you do any Sanrio characters that would be cool. I did a Cinnamoroll and it was super simple.

This is a pattern that was free. It’s here on Ribblr. I did add a tail from another pattern off YouTube but for my first try ai am pretty happy with it.
