I just did a market over the weekend and my bestsellers are always trunk the turtle by crochet_crochey. The pattern is extremely cheap but i believe its also on youtube. Its a turtle with a removable shell that he wears like a backpackz and underneath is a turtle 
lol. I like to make them in plush yarn and people also love them in worsted yarn with a long loop attached to it so they can hang it from their rear view mirror. It takes me roughly about 40 minutes to make, so its a great one for markets. Another one people love right now are stingrays. Theyre super quick to make, and i like to use a q-tip with white paint to make the spots. It makes them unique from other vendors. Mushroom poppers do pretty good too, i use the method from trunk the turtle to give them a little too, which makes them stand out from other vendors. I like to make “axolittles” (name of the pattern) and tiny bobble stitch fin goldfish (no sew, takes 10 minutes to make). Then i put them in little plastic bread bags i buy from walmart, add a handful of fish rocks to the bag, inflate it and tie it off. They’re very eye catching and get people excited. Another good one is the very plush velvet scrunchies. I do about 45-50 sc around the ponytail, then 3 tc in each sc for round 2. They come out nice and bulky and super soft.
