Hiya peeps…:sparkles:

Today I have a question for yOu :index_pointing_at_the_viewer:

:palm_up_hand: :sparkles:

What do you do to cope with hand pain/cramps from crocheting?

Yerp, my hands hurt :sob:

Normally I don’t usually get hand pain when crocheting even if I crochet back to back for hours (:sparkles:how lucky :sparkles:) but now….hehe..now I do so yeah! What do y’all do when your hands hurt. I usually hear crazy things like red light therapy…or compression gloves. I wanna know what works for you and what doesn’t. Everyone’s different!

tysm for your guys’ help!

When I get Carpoltunnel, I usually have to get more electrolytes in my system, so a Gatorade or smth is good for that

Bring ur wrist as far down as it can go, the rotate it side to side.

Compression gloves have helped me when I need it. Soaking hands in warm/hot water. Stretch wrists backwards.
