A teddy bear that is a custom for someone but I really don’t want to finish it

I used my keyboard pattern. With my yarn / hook choices it turned out about 6 feet long! Next plan was to add the blues for the rest of the blanket. But I don’t have enough of that yarn. Not buying more, so changed the plan. Now, I am adding 5 lines to put musical notes on. They will be separate. He can make his own song!
