Alright so I saw a photo of a piece I want to recreate but no pattern. I think I know how to do the base but I can’t find a simple pattern. Or any of the graphs. So could I get a little help finding some of the stuff for it. Might write a pattern for it.

It looks like a combination of crochet and knit. I’ve never even seen this vest though

I’m not sure yet, I might end up making one up. If I find one I will share it, or I’ll right up a quick pattern for this whole thing when I eventually do it.

It is a separate piece that is crocheted together once the sides and back are made. This starts out as a chain in the length desired the starting in the second chain from hook single crochet in each stitch worked in the back loops only turn. Chain one, turn and repeat, crocheting in the BLO.

it looks like the main body of the piece is crocheted to look like knitting. i think I’ve seen it before, rather than working either side of the sc stitch from the previous round, you work inside it? I don’t really know how to explain what i mean.
