My friend is having trouble making an account! It says she’s had to many wrong attempts! Can someone help us?
Maybe she is using an already existing username?

That’s all it said, I’m sorry. We did her name and age as a user name so I doubt that be it.

Maybe your pressing “log in” instead of “sign up”
Sign up is for making a new account
Log in is for people that already have accounts

well, when I sign in, it asks me for my email, then password.
It seems they added information other than email?

They made an account and then it said login.

If the password isn’t working press “forgot password” and reset it, maybe there’s something wrong? YOu can reset it and it will send you an email to do so:)
