Can you explain a bit more on what you mean by it brings me up to this?
Also are you on the app or website? And what device and model are you on?
Since I’m not sure what you mean just yet here’s some common fixes when it involves the shop;
Clearing cache
Logging out and then logging back in on all devices you use Ribblr on

Oh I forgot to put the picture on and I’m on the app and how do I log out

Your shop looks normal in my end- it looks like the image is from your shop banner. Maybe your zoomed into it - try zooming out, and if that doesn’t work then maybe log out or reload the page. Hope this helps :)

To log out click your profile icon on the top right, it hould open up some icons click the last option which should then reveal some more options the Log out being the last one.
Although I’m not sure why it seems so zoomed in, hopefully the logging out and logging back in on all devices you’ve signed into works but not entirely sure
