HELP! Not letting me log into Ribblr!

Yesterday, I cleared my Safari cache, so it logged me out of everything that I was signed into Safari for, including my Ribblr account. I attempted to log in (with email) but no 4-digit verification email was ever sent, no matter how hard I tried. I checked my spam, all folders of my email, but I couldnā€™t find any verification code anywhere. I also clicked ā€˜Forgot Passwordā€™, as I couldnā€™t remember my password to log in, but no link was sent to my inbox either.

Can anyone help? I am typing this on my iPad which I thankfully am logged in on. I do not want to lose my account, and cannot find my password saved anywhere :frowning:

OH NO PEACHY! We can tag ribblr to see if anything helps! I unfortunately canā€™t really help, but I hope you can get your account back! And I think you can download the Ribblr app too so maybe that helps

Hmm maybe try like hmm idk how to explain but Iā€™ll try my best. Maybe like in your mail app log out of your email and then back in? Something similar has happened to me before so I deleted the inbox then made it again and the emails that werenā€™t coming through showed up. Sorry for the bad explanation

thank you sugar! i contacted them, and they told me i marked one of their emails as spam, so Yahoo (the mail i use) blocked all of ribblrs emails.

They fixed it, and i can now access ribblr from my phone once more!

Do you use Yahoo by chance? If you do then this is just an issue with that mailing service specifically. I had the same issue, it didnā€™t get resolved until I got in touch with Ribblr and had them change my email to my gmail account.

Ribblr is FAR from the first time I have had that issue with Yahoo.

I know Iā€™m commenting after you marked it as solved, but figured Iā€™d chime in since Iā€™ve experienced this exact issue before. Ribblr was able to help me get the email changed and my account back within a few hours.
