oop- is it just 2 sc in one stich and then inc?

2sc, inc means to do 2 sc (2 different stitches) and then 1 increase (2sc in 1 stitch):yellow_heart:

no, when you’re saying 2sc, or whether it be 34sc, you’re always allocating those sc to one st each. if i was sc’ing 3, then that’d take up 3 sts. the only time you work in the same st is when it’s specified, or you’re inc’ing, which is 2sc in one st to make the overall item bigger

2sc, inc would take up 3 sts each, 1 st each for the 2sc, then 1 st for the 2 sc (inc)

please don’t take offense, but are you sure you should be testing patterns?? you still seem like you’re learning how to crochet…

No offense back but, I learned alot from testing. I actually didn’t know all this either. I am just to introverted so I struggled online instead of asking
