Iā€™m having an issue with my account. I posted a tester call earlier and now the post seems like itā€™s posted from an anonymous account and is not letting me open any profiles or check the testers. It still lets me open the pattern and view who applied to the tester call but doesnā€™t let me see their profiles and Iā€™m also having other issues. It gives me an error ā€œthe change you wanted was rejectedā€ or ā€œaccess deniedā€

Hi there,
Do you happen to have two accounts?

Weā€™d recommend the following:

  1. go to your homepage on the app
  2. Log out using the hamburger menu
  3. Log in using the right credentials
  4. Click the community

Let us know if that works.
