Backstory: I am on a volleyball team and we have a good luck charm/mascot. I was asked to make him a jersey and this is what I came up with. Unfortunately, because the felt was cut so thin, it is very fragile and I was scared they would be ripped off. Two hours later, only one and a half letters remained out of the original three.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this? (either a way to make the felt stronger or an alternative way to do lettering that works for you)
