im not allowed the app, but the problems been happening and im using a iphone 13. and i’ve already changed the text size and zoomed out as far as i can.
we can’t seem to reproduce this with our own testing iPhones.
Can you please answer the following questions:
- has this always been an issue for you or has it started recently?
- have you changed any settings on your iPhone or Safari recently?
i have changed the font size on another tab, i’ll have to recheck that later
You could possibly use a Bluetooth mouse (or one of those keyboards with a touchpad built in) if you have access to one. It might be able to get over to the edge enough to hit the button.
You could also try seeing if it’ll work if you try to tell your browser to open it as a desktop site? I know the page will load differently but I’ve not tried the desktop site on mobile.
Edit: I also found this page on enabling an onscreen track pad. I don’t have an iPhone myself so I can’t verify how things will look/act but I help people with them frequently.

- this used to happen for me when I used the mobile browser
- it didn’t happen on the app
- you can’t zoom out or anything, you just can’t click the checkmark :(
- on desktop browser it works fine!
