Help with updating account?

Hey guys so I was updating my profile and I was trying to change my primary email, and it says to change it with my “authentication provider”? Could anyone help? I plan to be on here more and contribute. Hopefully I can post some patterns but I’ll see. Thanks in advance to everyone!
