Guys I got really sick in February with like a really bad headache and a fever and since then I have had the worst never ending migraine and nothing seems to be helping… Has anybody ever experienced this and what helped?
wellll…i recently had strep and apparently it can have all kinds of weird after-affects so you may want to look into that, for me it was post-stress arthritic which is unfortunately still reoccuring (even though i am far too young to even have early-onset arthritis) soooo
Interesting. I’m going to the chiropractor tomorrow to see if that can help
good idea, i have exactly no idea what i’m talking about
I get migraines and use magnesium. Have your doctor test your levels. I used to eat an orange and that worked wonders. There are several foods that have magnesium in them. Check into that.
So like what does magnesium do? Like how does it help the body?
no idea, but a lot of people don’t have enough.
as far as i can tell, the nurtrients it gives block pain-causing hormones and are kinda like pregancy blockers, in that they tell the brain “HEY, YEAH YOU, DON’T DO THAT, ITS SUPER DUPER BAD” so the brain stops acknowledging the signals
Apparently I have a magnesium and iron deficiency…
Interesting
a couple years ago, i had a really bad migraine that didn’t go away for days. when i went to the doctor, she said that sometimes you can kinda get “stuck” in a migraine (how and why? i have no idea, but she’s the doctor so i trust her opinion ). she prescribed me some migraine medication and it cleared up within a few days! if you haven’t seen a doctor about it, i’d definitely go ask. I’ve also had issues with vertigo, headaches, and heart palpitations and that went away with hydration and electrolytes, so that’s something to try as well! i would definitely consult a doctor though since i am not a medical professional and this is just what worked for me. i hope you feel better soon!
I also have something called POTS so it doesn’t help my health at all. It’s like blood pressure problem where it’s always low
ohhh yeah my grandma has something similar with tachycardia
Dehydration could cause it. I second the Dr visit.
I’m seeing one soon I just can’t remember the exact date
I’m glad you are going to see a doctor They will run tests and hopefully can figure out what is wrong and hopefully it is an easy fix
Thank you
