Its a super nice day out today at -3°c but when its -20 its nice to have some fingerless gloves. So you can still play on your phone but have warm palms.

Maybe you could make a bag with punk and purple stripes. Or you could make mesh head bands in each color - these are actually SO easy! They take like 20-30 minutes.
