I am almost fully self taught, my mom taught me to chain and single crochet that’s it, I had to learn all of the other stitches, how to crochet in a circle, etc.

I’m homeschooled, so I took a class at my old co-op, but didn’t get that into it and gave up. then around December of 2022, I found my old hooks and decided to watch some yt tutorials and thought it was super fun!

My mom taught me chain, got frustrated, 8 yo me went ; ‘ooo so that’s how you learn crochet.’
She just grunted when I asked for help, and i too, got frustrated that my creations were uglEah.
A year ago, over summer break, i picked it up. Now i’m here.
