I have 2nd gen iPhone SE and looked at the same shop as you in mobile safari site and in app, in case it was a problem with that shop, but it appears I have the option to follow them. Sometimes logging out and back in fixes odd problems like this. I don’t know what this issue might be but I hope you can solve this soon.

Hey, can we make sure you are logged in? It won’t appear if you are not logged in, and sometimes browsers (as opposed to the app) will log you out. (for example, using ‘private’ or ‘incognito’ mode)

Yes I am logged in. Sometimes I use incognito mode, but in this case, no.
