How do i make these in patterns?

I was wondering how to make the drop down/continuious stitch rows on e-patterns?

(Not from my pattern, js an example image)

Instead of making a row for each one individually, type 6-8 in the row number circle. When you exit Ribbuild it should show up as the picture you have !
