I am wondering how I can open a shop on Ribblr

If you have a created account your going to have to contact Ribblr. And then I guess you just go from there.

Yeah I’ve done all of the steps and I’ve gotten a reply but I can’t find a way to get past the response

There should be a little shop icon in the corner of your screen. Next to the messages button, if that doesn’t show up log out then log in again and it should, if it doesn’t contact ribblr again.

(Also you can not see the shop icon in the community page idk why)

Exactly as @WolfSpark said! You can try to log out and log back in to see if this solves it for you.
