How do I tag somebody in the release of my pattern?

Hello everyone! I’m releasing a new pattern in a couple of days, and I had a couple of people ask me earlier if I could tag them in the release… But I’m not sure how to do that. Any tips on how this works?

you press the @ button, then type in their username
a pop up of the related usenames should show up, and you click the one that is theirs :)

A lot of people post a pattern release announcement where they do the tags as @rizzbud1014 explained.
