I received an email this morning that I had received a tip! Unfortunately, the person who left the tip left a message that was too long for the email, and the full message was truncated. Is there anywhere within ribblr I can read the full message that was left? Thanks in advance!
Check in stripe. There should be more details in the transaction there
Unfortunately I’m not seeing anything in Stripe either.
Oh weird actually just looked and can’t find it either. I’m not sure there is a way now that I’m looking through =(
this isn’t a true solution, but can you see/do you know who sent the tip? because then you could pm them in ribblr community and ask them about the full msg (although i doubt they have the record, but maybe they remember what they said). hope you figure it out tho!

I’m so sorry about that. Unfortunately, the message was limited by Stripe’s payment system, so we only receive truncated message and don’t have access to the full note.![]()
We understand how disappointing that must be — especially when it was likely filled with kind and encouraging words you truly deserve. ![]()
To help prevent this in the future, we’ve added a note near the message field to make the limitataion clearer.
In the meantime, you might want to reach out to the customer and ask if they’d be willing to resend their full message via PM.
