This happened accidentally but I can say it has been perfect.

woah; i crochet earrings sometimes, but that sounds like so much eye strain 
i put my project in a halloween candy basket and carry it everywhere to crochet 
it looks a little silly, but it works!

I put all my supplies in an old pirate chest and close it to make myself stop when I need to do something.

I have many boxes of yarn I store my stuff in, otherwise its downstairs or on my bed

Love this idea. 
I would totally do this if I didn’t have a yorkie that is always stealing my “loose” yarn.
