I think it already looks amazing!
Firstly, your hat looks great. 
It looks like you crocheted a rib rectangle, seamed it up the side and then gathered it up at the top (crown). Is this correct? If so:
You can adjust the ‘fit’ by either reducing or increasing the number of rows you work.
If you want it to be more snug, reduce the number of rows you work.
If you want it to be loser, increase the number of rows you work.
The best way to get the fit right is to measure around your head (circumference) where the ‘band’ will sit. Remove approximately 1-2 inches, depending on how snuggly you want the beanie to be (the crochet will stretch around your head). This is called ‘negative’ ease as you want a ‘skin tight’ fit.
If you don’t like bottom (the band area), what is it you don’t like?
If you want the band to have more ‘turn up’, you can chain more stitches at the start. Just be mindful of the ‘logo’ placement’.
If you don’t like the edge, when you make the first and last stitches of the rows, work into both loops instead of the BLO/FLO.
Alternatively, you can work the band separately. Make the hat and then crochet in the round, into the edge, perhaps with a Fpdc, Bpdc alternating. It’s still a rib pattern and will stretch around your head.
If you want to be able to close the opening at the top more, try threading the yarn into every 2nd or 3rd stitch.
