They look so adorable! What pattern is this? As for the difficulty I think it would be easy but I can definitely see it being a bit harder if you’re just starting out/beginner level for crochet

I would definitely say they are advanced beginner/intermediate, due to the color changing and the different stitches on the hats. It’s a super cute pattern though! Did you design it?
