I was experimenting with pattern design and made a stitch I don’t know how to call (or if it exists at all). Here’s what I made:
first, a regular round of sc. On the next round (no turning, working only from the front), I did dc working on the back loop and the loop under (sort of how you’d do a waistcoat st). So the hook goes downward from the top of the stitch, right through the middle and out to the back, catching these two loops. It looks like a backloop-only but sturdier, with less gaps.
If anyone knows how it is called (or can suggest how you’d call or better describe it), please let me know! If needed, I can try to record it and post here.

It’s similar to waistcoat but I guess this one is longer? Oh and also doesn’t use the front loop. I don’t think this one exist so here is my name and better description offers 
Back Loop Double Waistcoat Crochet (BLDWC)
Work a double crochet by inserting the hook downwards through the back loop and the third loop (horizontal bar beneath the back loop) of the designated stitch, yarn over, pull through, and complete the double crochet as normal.

I’ve done something similar before with sc, the loop behind the stitch is usually referred to as the ‘3rd loop’. The camel stitch is made by crocheting only in this loop.
I’d describe it as something like “working in both the back loop and 3rd loop, …”
