I’ve been working on a blanket since August. I’ve spent so much money on yarn 
but I’m so close to being finished!! How long does it take y’all to make a blanket??

I have finished 1 king sized blanket and it took bout 6 months. I also had a full time job and went to school full time so that may be why it took so long lol I also made a child size tunisian blanket and that took about 3 months or so. A lot of on and off with that one

It really depends on the pattern used and the size, yarn and hook size. Ive made some that took a couple of days and some that took several months. This isva picture of one I’m working on now. It will have 6 or 7 panels stitched together with a border. 2 months so far.

I have no patience, so I quit the one and only blanket I’ve ever tried to make and repurposed it into a hat. That’s how small it was

The one I’m making is not super big, I don’t know if I could commit to a king sized!

The last one i made was for a super king bed. It was for my daughter. I usually have about 3 afghans in the eorks. That way if i get bored with one, i can change out. But i do a lot of crocheting for a woman that is involved with several hospice locations and senior care facilities. The last thing she requested was for some very small critters. And flower pots with flowers.

Yes. The lady bought the kit for the 4 little pots but the others i just made.

I think the kit is on Amazon. It cones with all the yarn, hooks, stitch markers and a needle.
