Depending on what you like Premier yarns have weekly deals and bag deals. I think twice a year they have a Premier week sale when the prices are low and thatā€™s when I tend to stock up. Their clearance is pretty good too.

I try to go frequently to maximize the amount of flavors I have on hand. My parents just donā€™t get the nuance of flavors. That wasabi isnā€™t the same as the green grape or the green apple. Gosh.

Oh sorta same here, I just think of a snake to make and I just buy the yarn but I have so much I forgot my ideas. I never have the correct yarn for YouTube tutorials I watch them to make things for my snakes like appliquƩs

Honestly it depends on how broke I am atm. I got a bunch of yarn at joanns for a sale but I need to pay back my dad if I have money then most likely I wil go and by yarn but really only if I have a project. Rn Iā€™m trying to use up my yarn stash (esp acrylic yarn cuz I donā€™t really use it) cuz it take sup most of my bookshelf

Oh I pretty much only use acrylic I can probably send you some patterns that work well with acrylic
(Mostly hats, accessories, clothing, and some plushies)

Iā€™m just before winter I bought loads of Marino in special, itā€™s been so fabulous for making mittens for people.

I do buy for projects too, but life to create with what I have mostly.

I only buy when I run out of a particular color. I stocked up a decent amount when joanns was closing so I have several decent sized boxes that are overloaded with yarn. :laughing:

I try to buy as i need but i do a lot of late night shopping that i dont remember or if i see a good deal. I get gifted a decent amount of yarn as well. Or if i only need one skein for something Iā€™ll buy other yarns to get free shipping

So I went to my grandmas a while ago when I started to get into crochet and she had a HUGE stash that she just gave to me! So I had a bunch and over like a year or 2 I just go and get yarn as needed but sometimes Iā€™ll get a bunch of yarn at once. It rly just depends.
But I have a pretty big stash right now of random yarn that I have collected over like 3 years (it fills up 3 big totes :sob::skull::joy:)
