I have been trying to change my username to Redpanda&UUfan but when I tried to, it didnā€™t change so idk if Iā€™m just dumb or if itā€™s a glitch?

2

Have you tried using the app/signing in/out?

3

Have you changed it recently? They make you wait for the next change, idk how long

4

First, i would try reloading the app. If that doesnt work it is probably because of the limit on name changes. I think ribblr only allows you to change your name a few times. Have you changed it recently? If you are having problems, message @ribblr-support and they can help u change it!

5

Sometimes it glitches out like that!! Try it again! Sometimes it will also appear as your new one to us and old one to you, then permanently switch to the new one

6

I think they give you a limit and then u have to wait to change it for a while

7

try signing out and re signing in, but also ribblr doesnt allow any symbols like &

8

itā€™s 3 months between each change!

9

if itā€™s not letting you change your username, it could be that you have reached your limit. if you contact ribblr, they can actually change your name for you!

10

Are we able to use symbols in the username?

11

Ah, Ty!

12

@rosegarden5757 Its because we canā€™t use symbols in our usernames! :two_hearts:

Try changing it to another username that you like! (That doesnā€™t include symbols or spaces!) :heart_hands:

After changing it log out then log in! :growing_heart:

Well, after changing your username you have to wait 3 months until you can change it back, it really depends on how long ago you had your username, otherwise itā€™s just a glitch, you might want to contact @ribblr-support to help you, I had the same problem but after contacting @ribblr-support they said that I need to wait 3 months until I can change my username. :upside_down_face:

Otherwise itā€™s just the usernames name that you want to change it to, itā€™s maybe because you are using syllables. :slightly_smiling_face:
