So that is a technical glitch that the team should know about because not being able to access other patterns is different than the way the original problem came across. And removing your shop account may not fix the glitch.

I don’t know if I helped, but at least the problem is clearer, so if getting rid of the shop doesn’t fix it you’ll know what to tell them
