How to link Patterns to my Posts?

So I’ve been wanting to link patterns directly from my posts, but I can’t figure out how to do it. For now, I am just giving the title and creator of the pattern, but if there is an easy way to link patterns, please explain it like I’m five

You can either copy the URL or press the “share” button, then paste it into your post.
