Maybe dog walking? or baby sitting? Or if you have space an air bnb or rent out a room in your house.

Look into grants and charities that work with people who are getting service dogs. They may be able to help you. Also if you get any money for Christmas, your birthday, selling patterns, selling what you crochet set aside a specific amount to go towards your service dog and divide the rest into things that you either want to get or need to get. Sell your crochet items! I sell mine at markets and make good money. Also selling patterns are great for passive income.
