Hey y’all, I have a quick question. I wish to collab on a pattern with a couple people. I’ve never done a pattern collab before and wish to know the best way to do that?
Any advice or info is very much appreciated!

Thank you!

You can run a collab any way you want to. Generally people pick a theme and everyone makes something. You can all discuss it in a group chat ![]()
If you want to do a pattern collab with one specific person you should DM/PM them and ask if they want to do a collab with you. If you want to collab with multiple people I would suggest making a topic like this - Sea Creatures Collab - (CLOSED! <3)
Hope this helped! ![]()
Thank you for the info! So there aren’t any special buttons or anything to do it? I was wondering.
Yes! That is very helpful! Only, does the collab like you did result in a bundle pattern with everyone’s together or how?
Are you talking about multiple people designing 1 pattern? Or multiple people making their own separate patterns?
Me and two others are making outfits for a plushie. It’s not my plushie but I am helping design for it and wanted to know how I can make it a collab with them if that makes sense.
People in a collab usually make separate patterns based on the theme ![]()
Okay, thank you ![]()
*slides into conversation * yes i see we are?
Each designer will have to publish their own pattern in their shop and explain the collab in the description. Unfortunately, there is no way to link or tag other designers. Most people make a release post where you share your patterns and describe the collab ![]()
Okay, thank you so much this is exactly what I needed to know! ![]()
Yeah, I’m working on the outfit I mentioned since you guys asked to collab on it right to create the outfits?
Yep! I already made a collar and leash and a t shirt lol
Okay good
You made me second guess for a moment.
