How to read this pattern? (Tea bag)

It is a free pattern from midorinokuma9 on instagram. I understand the little square but I’m stumped on what to do for the main part.
I was reading an article on how to read Japanese symbol/picture patterns but I just couldn’t understand what to do anyway.

You are working on both sides of the chain to work in the round

Ch 11
Sc in 2nd ch, sc in next 8, 2 sc in last ch while continuing to the opposite side of the chain, sc in next 9, sl st to 1st sc to join in the round.

To learn to read these charts, if you have a shop, make a new pattern and add a chart. Ribblr explains how to use them, and what each st is ie x is a sc

It looks like it’s drawn flat, but you read it right-left from the middle?

Also it looks like you are doing 10 rounds total, then you’ll sew the top in the opposite direction as the chain (I hope this makes sense)

Yes those are slip stitches. It looks shorter because of the way that it’s seamed at the end
