I want to write a pattern that shows a seamless transition between colors such as the image below. How would I write this so testers or buyers would understand when reading my pattern?/

When I used the same colour change technique in one of my patterns, I wrote this description in the Notes section and accompanied it with a photo tutorial:
To create clean lines, the pattern utilizes half colour changes. For rounds that use this, a stitch will have the bottom “V” in one colour and the top two loops in a different colour. To make a half colour change:
Twist yarn of 1st colour around 2nd colour (to lock in place), yarn over with 1st colour and pull through, yarn over with 2nd colour and pull though both loops on the hook. The yarns will end up twisted, pick up the balls of yarn and pull outwards to untwist quickly. Repeat as often as needed.
I also included these two notes just before the round that uses half colour changes:
Please see Notes if additional guidance is needed for the following half colour changing.
Work next round by twisting MC over CC before pulling through stitch. Make a stitch (except for sl st) by pulling through MC and yarning over with CC .
(The wording of the 2nd note varies depending on which colour is being changed to.)
The same topic also had some other suggestions for wording that you might find helpful:
Hi, I want to make patterns, put I’m struggling on explaining color changes because I use the trick where you the top port of your stitch is the color for your next row, but I don’t know how to explain that. Any tips?
