From last week until now I‘be been unable to add photos to posts on community boards and in testing chats from my phone app (iPhone) . The app boots me out of the thread or chat usually and refreshes me to the community topics.
Things I’ve tried are deleting the app, uploading app again and then signing in. Same issue occurs when I attempt to upload a photo. I’ve also tried logging out and logging back in and when it gets to uploading it just sits there loading but not showing any percentage of being loaded. I’d post a photo but… that’s the issue.
Any other suggestions? Is this happening to anyone else?

unfortunately we cannot seem to reproduce this. Trying to add photos or take new photos in chats work perfectly fine for us.
Could you please share a video of your screen plus provide the exact iPhone model and whether you are on our app or a browser? Please PM it to us - it can be a link to an iCloud album with that video, or you can upload it to any cloud service.
We’re keen to help you resolve it but need this information to keep investigating. thanks!
