I can’t send message for my testers, like a post. I click it from my shop “message testers”, i type, click send and there is a pop up window with notification that it was sent but its’ not. I don’t have it in “sent” and i cant find it anywhere. Any ideas?
this happened to me this morning. go to where you would normally send the message and it would take you to the message there. I dont think it shows up to testers yet tho so just send a message <3 that worked for me
try going to the help center or you can ask ribblr they said that there have been some stuff they have been working on so maybe you just gotta wait it out until they are able to figure it out
the weird this is I was able to send a message out to my testers this morning just fine so idk maybe try logging out and then logging back in those are the only things I can think of off the top of my head I hope one of them helped
I did this before. I couldn’t make a post since yesterday. Today i made one but the other test doesn’t work. Maybe i need to relogin again
Yeah, the regular tester calls havent been working. I had to just go to my profile, click new message, and type in all the testers names. im not sure why!

I just tried again and it got posted. But it took 3 days I wanted to post it on Sunday. But at least it worked
