Do not think like that! I make mistakes especially with crochet, I don’t end the tail of my snakes properly, and I had to use two pliers to pull the needle through just because it was caught in some stuffing. I never really do anything properly but I just move on. It’s OK we all make a ton of mistakes… One time I accidentally laid my foot on one of my clay birds and it was just made, thankfully I didn’t have to restart, I just squished its wing and foot…

I definitely understand what you mean. As Christians, who were saved by Christ, it’s so hard to remember all the things we’ve done before and I too feel guilty sometimes when I think back to ways I’ve lived.
But that’s a lie from satan. He wants us to feel like we don’t deserve God’s phenomenal, ABUNDANT grace. And the awesome thing is, we don’t. But guess what? SINCE WE’VE DONE NOTHING TO EARN GOD’S GRACE, WE CAN DO NOTHING TO LOSE IT EITHER! God took every sin we’ve ever committed when He sent Jesus to die for our sins. And that’s the amazing news of the gospel. We can’t tell Jesus that His blood isn’t enough to cover all our sins, because it was. Past. Present. Future.
So please remember that God loves you and has forgiven the darkest things you’ve done in the darkest places you’ve been.
I know it’s so hard, but I hope this encourages you even a little

I agree with all the above God’s given and inspired wisdom. It is a lie and it really isn’t you telling yourself. That thought you have is not you talking to yourself…It is the enemy trying to condemn you but made it sound like yourself. He just wants to steal your peace and mind. He comes not but to steal, kill and to destroy and most often, he starts by talking in first person mode so you will fall into that trap…thinking You have failed again etc. Tell him - “Nope, Not this time..” Remind him you are already the righteousness of God in Christ and send him off his way. Keep reminding yourself you are already a new creation and let Christ’s wisdom and love guide you. Hugs to you and HE is fighting for you and HE always win so just look towards Him and not whatever you are thinking or going through. Abide in His Love and He will win this for you

Oh Sweetheart, you have not messed up everything. Yes, sometimes the things we have done in the past do get brought up by others. Unfortunately especially where family is concerned. That is usually their way of trying to hurt us, and yes it does.
But!!! I want to remind you that God loves you inspire of anything we could ever do! You are so special and important to Him. Christ right now is wanting to help you feel better, you have to only reach out and take the hand He is offering you.
Our mistakes in the past is just that, our mistakes in the past. We can not change our pasts. We use our pasts to help lead us in the present. You see, we have all fallen down. We have all fallen short. We have all messed up. I know some of mine are royally mess ups. But the great news is… Jesus knows all our oopsies, yikes. And oh my moments. Jesus loves us no matter what. If you have asked Jesus for forgiveness for those errors then you are forever forgiven for them. Those are gone washed away as white as snow.
The hardest part of the forgiveness is forgiving ourselves. We can be our own worst enemies. It is good,. It is okay,and it is what we are supposed to do… Forgive ourselves. When family friends or other people bring something up from our past we just simply have to tell them Jesus has forgiven me for that it’s time for you to do the same.
The best example I know of this is the Apostle Paul. Remember he went around persecuting Christians. Then on the Demascus Road he met Jesus, Paul became a warrior for Christ. Be a Paul. Don’t let your old mistakes govern rule or decide who you are now.
Ephesians 4:22-24 says, “that in reference to your former way of life, you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in the ways of lusts and deceit, and you are renewed in the Spirit in your mind, and put on the new self, which is the likeness of God has been created in righteousness and holiness of the truth.”
Ephesians 4:27 “and do not give the devil an opportunity.”
