Hello! So, I know that this doesn’t have anything to do with crocheting, but I don’t know where else to ask for help so here we go
I just got my wicked sweatshirt that I ordered from Etsy, and there’s a slight problem. On the side of the sleeve, there’s an embroidered wand, and somehow, something leaked from it and left a few stains throughout the sweatshirt. Has anybody else experienced this, and if so, how do I get it out?
FYI support is for problems related to the ribblr system

Not yet, but I’m planning to. I’m still looking things up and seeing what others say, but yeah, I think that’s my best bet
I would contact the seller and report the issue. Hopefully they have an answer. If not, hopefully a good return policy.
Amway pre wash is excellent for hard to get out stains. Especially ink, grass, wax, and oil residue.
I’d send it back with shipping paid by seller and show them the picture.
