unfortunately, the closest thing i could find was someone on tiktok made one but it’s unclear if they ever released a pattern. this could be free handed, though im not 100% sure how to get the more fitted look, probably through increasing the size of the round towards the bottom. the edges could be made of ribbing. for the neckline, just be sure to leave a large enough head hole and it should fall that way. i would probably go about this by making panels and sewing them together
