Also that came to mind: red heart super saver has a couple metallic yarns. They’re made with mostly regular acrylic and then plyed with a strand of tinsel
Bernat Baby Blanket Sparkle. It’s a chunky blanket yarn also with a bit of tinsel :) I hope you can find what you’re looking for!

There are several types of metallic thread that is designed to be held double with normal yarn to make it metallic, if you do a quick Amazon search for metallic thread for crochet it will give you a ton of options.
