Check again? Many have already confirmed they can see and message in the group chat. I’m a little confused as to why some can and some can’t.

if you can’t send the message within your shop, maybe try:
- logging out and back in, then try to send it.
- resetting your device
- I would manually add testers to a group message as a last resort
