You have a shop already, just use ai to create yourself a logo etc then tada, you’re in business.

i have a couple suggestions, i just started a business myself too!
1.) you have to put in money. you might not make a whole lot in the beginning…. its ok.
2.) HAVE SOCIAL MEDIA! its important for people to see what ur making, selling, and working on!
3.) i would be happy to design a logo lolol… im pretty good at it! dm me with the details if youd like me to give it a go!
hope this helped :)

Yeah, I will continue to make patterns every once in a while, but I want to move into physical plushies and stuff on Etsy, but I don’t like the name comfypotato that much anymore

Although AI may be good for a short term solution/placeholder, I feel like it’s better to either have a photo or something actually made by a person
Something actually human-made would feel more genuine (especially if your shop becomes bigger) and AI is often trained on stolen images ://

It’s not a great idea to use AI to make a logo, because a generated image cannot be copyrighted (as a human did not make it). Anyone would be able to steal that logo with no ramifications. Major companies avoid using AI generated logos for this reason.

You guys make some good points about ai that id not thought of. I guess if you dont know anyone to make you a logo/banner etc and you don’t want to make your own then try something like fiverr or people per hour, there’ll be a graphic designer on there.
