Im having problems with my notifications

Hi guys

So this has been going on for a while ive just been to lazy to do anything about it lol

So i have my notifications on my tablet and my phone set so that i should ony get notifications between 9 in the morning and 11 at night. This is through ribblr not my device.

But i rarely get notifications on my phone even if someone messages me or responds to me. Its not like its because im on my tablet at the time so it just doesn’t give them to me because a lot of the fime my tablet is turned off. My phone only notifys me if someone i am following releases a new pattern and even rarer someti es if i get a new message, on my tablet thats fine though they just sometimes ping a little late but that doesn’t really matter.

The other thing it does is gives me notifications out of hours, i have a lot of trouble getting to sleep so i normally watch an episode of Doctor who before bed and i still get notifications past 11 here are some screenshots

But if i go onto ribblr after 11 or before 9 i have a little minus simble next to my profile so it looks like I shouldn’t be getting them

It dose this on my phone to and its just a nightmare to have to remember to but my phone on silent every night or else I wake up

I have my devises on ribblr set to uk time as everything comes up in pounds so i dont think its notifying me within American hours

this isn’t really a solution, but you could set your phone to silent within a certain time range so you don’t get any notifications from any apps :)

I know i might do that but as its not working but its supposed to i thought i should bring it up

hmm maybe try turning off the notifications completely (on Ribblr), and then we could figure out if the problem is Ribblr, or the devices themselves.

Okay update, i still have the minus simble and my ribblr notifications turned of through ribblr and i just go a notification

The notification timer is only for community messages. Notifications for new releases, discounts, etc. can’t be timed. Please set your phone on DND during night hours and you won’t get any notifications.
