Hi! I’m doing this sheep pattern and I’m confused because for round 1 it says to do “7 singles, in second chain from the hook” but then it says to do 12 sc in the other side of the chain or something. I might just be dumb or smth but please help!

does it say to start with a certain amount of ch?

No it just says ch 7 from second chain from the hook

Maybe I just am doing it wrong, but I’m not bad at following patterns

Okay so, ch 7, then do 1 sc in 2nd ch from stitch, then do 5 sc, and finally do 6 sc on the other side of the chain (if you need help with that part I’ll try to find a video)
