I would recommend to take a look at this group: kaila, Lily, Nora and Maya. their clothes are removable so you can make one or two dolls and interchange the clothes, shoes, hats and bags.

Looking here I only found one, not tall and skinny. But I still want to share it here.
I can (will) make a pattern for one in my head but it will take a bit. If you can wait, maybe you can test it for me.
