This is the second time Iāve spun and gotten the extra daily patterns and this is the second time I havenāt been allowed to download the 5 free patterns. Is this just a bug with this prize on the wheel or do I need to contact someone every time I win to claim my free daily patterns? tfyh.

Maybe try logging out and logging back in then try claim the other 5 patterns, it could be a lag and it might just need to process. if that doesnāt work contact ribblr by PM-ing them

I had considered DMing them but Iām not the only person I know who has had this issue, so Iād prefer them to address the issue on the forum publicly so that otherās who have this problem will know what to do and/or if this is a bug that they are working on fixing in the future.
Trying to log in and out didnāt really help, it sort of got me locked out of my account on my PC for the time being since neither the verification number nor the password reset emails are being sent and itās been well over an hour and multiple attempts. Which is funny cause I have my password to the site saved and it isnāt working so idk. Luckily Iām still logged in via my phone and tablet.

Maybe you didnāt have the limit āfullā so thatās why?? I would also recommend trying to logg out and in
When winning 2X free patterns on the wheel, you can claim the extra five immediately. After that, youāll have the standard five free patterns per 24 hours, and youāll need to wait until the 24-hour period resets.
I won 2x free patterns a couple of times but was never able to claim them. I tried logging out and in. Claimed the normal 5 free patterns before using the wheel (and hoped for the 2x free pattern win). Havenāt claimed the normal 5 free patterns before using the wheel. Nothing worked. Neither via app nor via website. There IS an issue with this prize. Now Iām hoping just for the postcards
