To win a postcard you must spin the wheel and win it as a prize.
To spin the wheel you must feed Ribbot, through your Ribbot menu on the top right of your feed. After you feed Ribbot 7 times (or 5 times if you are a Ribblr+) you get to spin the wheel and win prizes, postcard is one of those prizes.
go to the tab called “my stuff” and then “feed” at the top there should be a little square with ribbot in it at the top right, click that to feed him!! it is also there in several other places but i think it’s easiest to remember cuz like feed like “feed ribbot” and feed like "ur feed
