Journal photos issue

I have problems with the journal photos. Like EVERY TIME I try to click that yellow :white_check_mark:-button it just like ā€™I know u want to, but Iā€™m not gonna let that happenā€™. And I hate that. Iā€™m using my phone, so I donā€™t have a mouse to click it. And also, sometimes it lets me, sometimes it donā€™t!!
Is this just me? Or any suggestions of what I could try out to make my life easier?

I forgot my login, lol. And Iā€™ve tried the refreshing like a mil times. But still a good Idea!

I used a pic Iā€™ve already took, but itā€™s the same. When I click it, it just become a lil darker, like it understod that I clicked, but didnā€™t let it go through

Hi,
As we couldnā€™t reproduce it here and do not have other complains it might be related to your phone. So any ā€œhintā€ might help resolve the issue:

  1. What phone & model are u using?
  2. Which browser are u using? Can you use another browser e.g. Chrome/Safari?

Hi,
As we couldnā€™t simulate the issue, using an iPhone, try and do the following:

  1. Close other Apps to make sure itā€™s not a memory issue.
  2. Try and install the Ribblr App & see if itā€™s fine.
  3. Any other device you could use would give us a ā€œhintā€ if thatā€™s a account or device issue.
  4. Try loading another image ad send us the original image to support@ribblr.com (uploading it here will NOT do itā€¦)

I kinda forgot my login, so I canā€™t go into any other deviceā€¦ and at the moment I canā€™t download the app, but Iā€™ll try my best! Tysm!

There should be an app on iPhones called passwords (if the phone is updated) so it will have all your logins if they have been saved to the device. If you donā€™t have that app you can go to settings and it will have passwords. I think that in the website/app you can view your password but Iā€™m not sure
