Do you have sand? Im not sure if that would work though, unless you had SUPER tight tension so it wouldnt fall out.
Or maybe smooth rocks? Ive seen some at the dollar store.

Those are both great but everything I tried was super light, but I finished them and ended up using pink Himalayan salt 
it was the heaviest thing
