I was thinking what is ribblr going to do when joanns closes? They have already started to close where i am. On the wheel you can win joanns coupons and free patterns when you buy yarn.

Is it actually closing? I saw something that says it is but there doesn’t seem to be anything at my local store that would suggest that they are, if that makes any sense

As of February 1st they stopped taking gift cards online and they took off the rewards number from the app. They stopped restocking the stores by me. None of them have polyfil stuffing for toys. Some ine posted on Facebook the paper all employees got telling about returns and gift cards and what to tell people if they ask about them closing.

I have been wondering too. From what i know they are waiting for a buyer for the company to hopefully keep going. I just moved to where i have one locally and it is my favorite yarn shop so i hope it pulls through!

Thats so sad! That is really to bad because the one by me is so close I could walk to it so it’s super convenient and has most of the yarn that I use! And hobby lobby and Michaels are both way farther away​

They have already been bought by a liquidation company. What i heard it is the same one that bought biglots. Im just hoping they stay open til atleast march. I only buy my yarn at joanns. I dont like Michaels or hobby lobby. Only place i buy my cloth too.

joanns isnt completely closing, theyre just selling their company to someone else and closing 8 stores.

I hope that whoever buys them knows how to run a business successfully. I like Joann’s better than the other ones I can access. My city is pretty large but I only know of one Joann’s here and one in the city west of us.

Then why did they stop taking gift cards and they took off the rewards numbers off the app. None of the stores in maine are restocking anything. Even online you cant buy even stuffing, says its sold out.

Actually not all are closing! I got a list from joanns website. Thankfully mine is safe, but not everyones is
